AI Snack Club Meetup in SF, December 2025
🪩 Who Makes Up Our Community?
AI Snack Club is built for ambitious women who want to learn AI through doing, not just reading. Our founding members include brand managers, operations leads, freelance writers, tech professionals, career coaches, and entrepreneurs—women across industries who share one thing in common: they're not waiting for permission to start experimenting.

What to expect:
You'll find women at every stage of their AI journey, from "I just downloaded ChatGPT" to "I built a custom GPT for my team." The vibe is supportive, curious, and refreshingly real. Questions are celebrated. Showing up matters more than being perfect.
We have incredible speakers, hands-on workshops, and real learning opportunities lined up for you in 2026. The goal is simple: you leave every session feeling more confident using AI at work and in life.

So excited to introduce our first Community Expert Spotlight with Deja!
Name: Deja White
Role: AI & Workforce Ecosystem Strategist
Company: Breakroom Buddha
What she does: Deja White is an AI workforce strategist and workforce innovation partner who designs scalable systems that help institutions, educators, and communities adapt to the future of work, fast.
In under 60 days, she architected and launched one of Oklahoma's first federally backed AI Fluency Initiatives, translating a broad mandate into a fully operational learning, delivery, and evaluation model now positioned to influence regional talent pipelines and economic mobility. Her work consistently sits at the intersection of AI education, career navigation, and workforce systems, where emerging technology meets real-world constraints.
As the founder of Breakroom Buddha, a workforce innovation studio and applied R&D partner, she has built AI-powered workforce platforms, including Career CoPilot and Scouta, that enable organizations to deliver personalized, data-informed career guidance at scale while significantly reducing staff burden.
What she'll be teaching us: AI in Your Career: How to Prompt Correctly & Connect the Right Tools
"AI can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to your career. This session is designed to cut through the noise and bring clarity. This session is a guided tour of an AI-powered career strategy ecosystem, not a deep dive into every single AI tool that exists. Instead of trying to learn everything, you'll learn how to think about when and why to use specific AI tools at different stages of your job search and career growth."
Favorite AI tool right now: "Scouta (I made this one, and I'm sooo obsessed with it). It's like a Shazam for careers, so every time I see something cool, I'm like oohh I wander who does that job, or how can I get paid to do that thing? It's addictive!"
Her AI hot take: "Everyone is freaking out about learning AI, and getting behind, but we're really not that deep into the AI rabbit hole yet. If you learn how to prompt an AI chat bot, and use AI contextually (to cut out the busy work/accelerate , you'll be about 85% of the way there."
Where she thinks AI will be most impactful by end of 2026: "I'm all about using AI to level up! So I think by the end of 2026 more people will get hip to the fact that you can dramatically change your life if you make a plan (using an AI tool) and then stick to that plan. When you get stuck... the plan can be tweaked and changed in real time. It can be business, personal, or for something else. I think more people will just realize the amount of agency, motivation, and power they have once they start really diving into these tools."
Her best AI tip for someone just getting started: "The best place to start is with an AI chatbot (I'm bias, I like ChatGPT). Ask a question, then ask another, then figure out how to "break" the chatbots response by asking an off the wall question, then keep going. Eventually you'll learn more about how the tool works, how your mind works, and how you can start to take what you read in the chatbot window and apply it in real life."
AI myth she wants to bust: "That it's hard to learn! There are only about 3 ways the general public is using Generative AI right now... AI chatbots, AI chatbot wrappers (tools with pretty interfaces, that is running a chat conversation behind the scenes), or AI automations (usually via a drag and drop tool that connects to an AI API). You can learn how to build, work with, and be literate in any of these process in just 1 day if you really wanted to!"
Fun fact that has nothing to do with AI: "I was on a competitive rowing team in college. I knew nothing about rowing, and had never even thought about rowing a boat... and then I made the team. 🤣"
Favorite SNACK: "Cupcakes! I'm currently learning how to make healthier versions so they don't all go to my thighs. LOL"
